Enumerator Agreement

This Agreement is between Parashakti Agri Seva Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), registered office at Office No. 204–205, One42, North Tower, Bopal–Ambli Road, Thaltej, Ahmedabad – 380054, Gujarat, India, and you, the enumerator ("you", "Enumerator"), and is accepted electronically within the Shaktigram application. Your use of the website and app is also governed by the Terms of Use, and your personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of engagement
- You are engaged as an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create employment, partnership, or agency beyond what is expressly stated, and does not guarantee any minimum volume of work.
- The engagement is non-exclusive. You may work elsewhere, subject to your confidentiality obligations under this Agreement.
2. Onboarding and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, complete identity verification (KYC) as described in the Privacy Policy, and complete required training before taking assignments. You must use a compatible device and keep the app updated.
3. Assignments
Assignments are offered through the app, and you choose whether to accept. Once you accept an assignment, you agree to complete it in line with the stated protocol and quality standard. The Company does not guarantee the number, frequency, or location of assignments.
4. Your obligations in the field
- Consent first. Before collecting any data, present the in-app Respondent Notice & Consent and record the respondent's consent. Do not collect data without it.
- Collect truthfully. No fabrication or falsification. Record only genuine responses from the actual sampled respondent.
- Respect respondents. No coercion or inducement. Respondents may decline or skip any question and may stop at any time.
- Child protection. Never interview a child directly. Collect information relating to a child only from a consenting parent or guardian, on the terms of the Respondent Notice.
- Follow protocol. Adhere to the survey instrument, sampling instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Submit through the app only. Do not photograph, screenshot, copy, export, or retain respondent data on any personal device or account.
5. Quality, back-checks, and integrity
Your submissions are subject to high-frequency checks and back-checks. Work that fails quality checks may be rejected and unpaid. Fabricated or falsified work is unpaid and is grounds for suspension or termination. Serious or repeated integrity breaches may result in termination, recovery of amounts paid for affected work, and legal action.
6. Payment
- You are paid on a per-approved-submission basis at the rate specified for each assignment.
- Payment is made only for work that passes quality approval, within 15 days of the respondent service being verified, fully corrected, and approved as accurate, to your registered bank or UPI account.
- Tax will be deducted at source where applicable. You are responsible for your own taxes and any GST obligations.
7. Equipment, app, and access
You may access the app only for your assignments. Keep your login credentials secure and do not share access. Location (GPS) is recorded while you are on an active assignment, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Confidentiality
- Respondent data, assignment details, and non-public Company or client information are confidential.
- You must not disclose or use confidential information outside your authorised work.
- These confidentiality obligations survive the end of your engagement, and on exit you must cease access and delete any locally cached data.
9. Data ownership and intellectual property
Data you collect is collected for and owned by the Company and/or its client; you acquire no ownership of, or licence in, it. The app, software, methodology, survey instruments, and training materials are the Company's intellectual property, and you receive no licence beyond using them for your assignments.
10. Conduct and compliance
You will comply with applicable law, the Company's data-protection standard operating procedures, and anti-bribery norms; you will not impersonate any person or misrepresent the study; and you will act safely and lawfully in the field.
11. Suspension and termination
Either party may end this engagement at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate immediately for breach, fabrication, safety concerns, or prolonged inactivity. Approved, unpaid work up to termination remains payable, subject to quality checks; unapproved or failed work does not.
12. Liability and indemnity
You are responsible for losses arising from your fabrication, misconduct, breach of confidentiality, or failure to follow data-protection procedures in the field. This responsibility is limited to losses directly caused by your acts or omissions and does not extend to matters outside your control.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator, seated exclusively in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Hearings may be conducted virtually.
15. Changes and acceptance
The Company may update this Agreement. Material changes will be notified in the app, and continued work after notice constitutes acceptance. You accept this Agreement electronically in the app; electronic acceptance is valid and binding.
